Rob is an outstanding attorney and brings a "human" element to what is normally a very difficult process. He is smart, strategic and balanced and keeps your best interest in mind. He makes sure to clearly understand your goals, gives you his experience based perspective on your goals and adjusts his approach to ensure the best outcome possible. He is highly respected among his peers and those in the legal community but also has the ability to make a strong stand with logic and the law backing him up. After being turned down by one attorney and attempting to represent myself in the appeal process I came to the realization I needed a good attorney. Acting on a recommendation from a friend I contacted Essex Richards. I met with two of their attorneys specializing in the area of law needed to peruse my case. The step was to review my case to indeed insure that I did have a case. Already feeling somewhat dismayed that I may not have a case Norris Adams, after reviewing documentation informed me that I did indeed have a case and that pursuing the case was in order. Mr. Adams was always approachable and showed the utmost professionalism throughout all conversations and negations. Wow! The above review nailed it. If I wrote a long review, it would be like reading the above twice. Lauren's temperament and professionalism is unlike any other attorney. I have been divorced four times, so I have had my fair share of legal representation. Lauren is the only person I will ever trust to handle my matters if any other situation arises. There were times I questioned myself and questioned her, but, in every single instance, her guidance paid huge dividends in the long run. She is highly respected by the judges, and her courtroom etiquette/demeanor will give you every opportunity to have a successful outcome.
