They went above and beyond for me. This was my first time being involved in something like this. They answered every question with no judgment, even if I asked and called 1000 times they pretty much settled me out really quickly, and I got way more than I thought that I would for what I put in I was totally satisfied and I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone who will listen. Thank you very much and I appreciate you guys, and hopefully next time if we meet, it would be better terms

Lou and Cheri were absolutely amazing! Cheri went above and beyond any expectations I had to make sure I was taken care of. Lou was there for all of my questions and made sure the mediation went the way it should by engaging the moderator and making sure the insurance company was held responsible for the compensation to me for my injuries. Thank you both and your entire team for helping me through this horrendous tragedy. I am forever grateful to you!
