Mr. Walple and his staff kept me informed and always followed up with me frequently. He always listened, paid attention to detail, and explained anything I had questions or concerns about. Lou was absolutely Amazing! I live in Greenville N.C and he is located out of Charlotte N.C. The distance was never a problem. I was so lucky to find him! I originally was using a local firm in my area but I was not satisfied. I never got to talk with my previous attorney prior to mediation. My previous attorney tried to get .me to settle for 10,000. I did not accept so i hired Lou and Lou got me 90000 plus some depositions paid. That is almost 10 times as much then my previous attorney. Lou Waple was the best. I’ve never had to deal with a workman’s compensation claim before. Lou was there any time to answer my questions and concerns and made sure I was treated fairly. I highly recommend his services.

My case was horrible due to the impossible insurance company and case management support / lack thereof! However Lou and his team made me feel heard/ important even in times I was frustrated and let go of my decorum. During this workers comp case , which was a very trick one because I was a traveling nurse at the time , I experienced a lot of hardships that Lou HIMSELF helped me navigate. I’ve dealt with attorneys and paralegals before & I can truly say though my paralegals were great , I spent more time talking to Lou than I did anyone else! He was able to secure me exactly what I needed in order to attempt to put my life back together!
