Very pleased with our visit.

Mr. Holladay is an exceptional attorney. He assisted me with my divorce, child custody and child visitation matter. I came into this process with no knowledge of how all of this would work or what the laws even meant. Mr. Holladay took his time to explain the basics and every detail to me so I could follow and make the best decisions for my family and I. I have found an attorney for life time with Mr. Holladay. I will always go to him if I come across any issues that need his assistance. Family legal matters are the hardest thing someone can face in their life and having an experienced, knowledgeable and caring attorney is crucial. Mr. Holladay is everything I listed above and more.

Brett helped me through an extremely difficult divorce case. He was faced with a client who stole items from the court records, filed late continuances, and delayed the proceedings all for the sake of vexation. Brett was extremely astute, and aggressive as he went up against an ex-judge and won my case. He often was at court filing on my behalf to beat deadlines before I was aware of what I faced. He cares about what he does and he genuinely cares about his clients. Above all else he knows the law and he won't waiver until his client gets justice.

Divorces are supposed to be messy and complicated, right? Mine just wasn't. Brett made the whole process really clear, and we got through it as quickly and simply as possible. I'd definitely recommend Brett.
