David Lund took my husband's case when no one would touch it. My husband is young (late '30s when he filed) and has a rare brain disease. When I say no one would touch it, I mean no one literally. He was transitioning into his own firm, and if it were me, I would not have taken my husband's case due to its rareness, and especially his age. David Lund refused to back down. He fought with a judge that has the highest denial rate in our country not just S.C. He was steadfast, very intuitive, and knowledgeable. He realized that my husband truly needed to be fought for and had the expertise to do so. If you need a determined, honest, hard-working, and good man, you need David Lund and his team. Most people only praise attorney's when they win. This man went on a journey with us and did not give up until he won it. He is above and beyond any lawyer, you could ask for.
