I cannot say how much I appreciated Heather, Cindy Baker, and Dave Dimatteo during this very difficult time in my life. A "perfect storm" of a bad partnership and COVID 19 forced my to have to declare bankruptcy on my 20 year old practice. To compound things, the "bad partner" was also suing me at the same time. That is all behind me now. I am back at work, free of the cumbersome debt that I was left with, and able to resume my life. Thank you so much Heather and team for helping me through this! I am grateful forever!

Heather and her paralegal, Cindy, not only helped me through bankruptcy, they also helped me through my young daughter's illness. When they heard she was sick and I wouldn't be able to work, they reached out to the bankruptcy court to give me a reprieve while she was in hospital. My wife and I recently had to reluctantly file chapter 7 bankruptcy. It was a situation that we both thought was an impossible time. However, Cindy and Heather went to work for us and I'm not going to say it was easy but they crossed every T and dotted every I and in the end saved our butt. Just completed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and wanted to say Heather and Cindy were an amazing help in getting me through this Chapter (no pun intended) of life. Many Chapter 7 bankruptcies are quite simple. Ours was not. Heather and Cindy worked diligently with us to execute the right strategy, captured the many details, and cheerfully answered all of our many questions. A simple cookie cutter solution would not have succeeded and would have resulted in significant judgements against us which did not happen.
