We were so fortunate to work with Matthew Berthold, with Brown, Moore & Associates. He was so patient and compassionate to our situation. Jon Moore handled a very delicate yet challenging case for my family that got a lot of attention from the media! He was extremely professional, diligent, thorough and compassionate. I hope I never have to hire a lawyer again, but if I do, I’m definitely using this Law Firm! I have such an appreciation for firm! The receptionist was extremely kind, the paralegal was very kind and compassionate. Jon communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me apprised every step of the way.

I contacted Brown and Moore because on their website it states that they have someone who can take stillbirth cases. And unfortunately they don’t. If you have a potential case that have something to do with a stillbirth, contact someone else. Also they don’t give you a reason of why they couldn’t take your case. They basically send out an email with a list of things of why they potentially couldn’t take your case. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I highly recommend Brown, Moore, and Associates. Jon Moore is very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me updated about everything going on with my case and answered all of my questions. Thank you to all the people at Brown, Moore & Associates. When I was at the worst time of my life, they stepped in to hold me up with kindness. I didn't know what to do or how to handle the accident my husband was in that shattered my life. Everyone I talked to at this office was considerate and supported me during the entire time. Moore & Associates was referred to me by a family friend who practices in New York. He referred me to this Charlotte-based firm and they were great! They were extremely responsive when communicating to me anything and everything I needed to know and were always quick to answer any questions I had. They made sure I didn't rush anything and constantly kept me updated through emails and phone calls. Could not recommend enough!
