He made himself accessible, and was always right on top of things. He was honest and straightforward with expectations, and was patient to carefully explain next steps. I love that his firm did not advertise, and am glad to pass along my sincere recommendation after receiving amazing service. And equally important: getting results after months of getting nowhere with the insurance company representing the at-fault driver.
