From the first phone call to the final outcome, RTS went above and beyond to help me with my case. Clint and Lisa took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through exactly what to expect. Their kindness and patience helped put my mind at ease, and turned a stressful situation into an easy experience.

With the upmost gratitude I recommend using this law firm!!! Right after my incident I researched the best firm for my situation and spoke to multiple "top rated" law firms in Charlotte and did not feel comfortable until I spoke with David who suggested we meet in person to discuss RTS and next steps. After a long discussion regarding my complex situation David provided wonderful advise which helped put me at ease. There were several administration hearings where William T. Cathcart represented my case. Will provided detailed updates and suggestions over phone conferences. At one point Will and David asked me to join them in person to strategize as a team. Will & team were personable and engaging - I did not feel as if I was just "another case" or rushed during our meetings. Bottomline: THANKFULL I choose RTS!
