RTS was amazing!! They were able to have 2 tickets received on the same day (for very high speeds but with a small extenuating circumstance) basically dismissed. I think they even surprised themselves :) Exceeded my expectations!!

One morning, I was pulled over for speeding on 1-485 and at a very stressful moment I found very positive reviews for Mr. Smith. I received a consultation and was very welcoming with the discussion of my situation. Eventually, I was able to just get a fine and no insurance and DMV points. Mr. Smith is very professional and will ensure that you are receiving top notch service.
