I found Ryan through a work referral scheme called ARAG, RTS was the first to answer the phone which is why they got the job! RTS hit a home run for me, I was looking at a suspension and was astounded at the outcome which has resulted in no insurance points. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Ryan Smith and RTS Law Group did a great job representing me on both a recent speeding citation and in resolving a problematic domestic legal matter. With the speeding ticket, Ryan was knowledgable of the traffic laws and was able to resolve the ticket without incurring any points on my license. In the second matter, Ryan was able to jump in on short notice and appear for me in court and managed to resolve the case in my favor. Throughout the entire process there was great communication. EXCELLENT! I was visiting a friend who had back surgery in Matthews, NC and was pulled over by a state trooper stating that I was doing 87 in a 70 when I was not. I was advised that I had a mandatory court appearance even though I am a Delaware resident. This happened on a Thursday night. I called Friday morning and spoke with Ashley who was very professional and helpful in providing me information. I was advised that Mr. Smith was going to handle this for me the same day in in court and I didn't even have to attend. I got a phone call at 3:46 pm the same day telling me that everything was resolved and that I would not have any points, record, or impact on my insurance due to Mr. Smith getting it dropped to an Improper Equipment. A HUGE weight was lifted off my shoulders as my job requires me to travel and if this had gone further, I could have lost my licence and my job. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
