2017 I wasn't happy when I first started the process because I felt like I wasn't a priority due to a lack of communication. I voiced my concerns and they responded immediately. My lawyer kept me updated on every step. He answered every question and made me feel like my case mattered. I received a settlement offer larger than I expected. They worked on my case and got me the best offer possible and I couldn't be happier. 2024 I was recent rear ended in March 2024. The speed at which my case was moving was great! Then for some reason my attorney changed. I wasn’t even told that it changed, I just saw it in my portal. Now everything seems to be taking a very long time. It is now August and we haven’t even entered negotiations. I finished treatment in May. I am disappointed because I feel like it all started off so well. I have learned my lesson. If I have any accidents again, I can’t come back here. At this point I would be better negotiating with insurance myself.
