Top notch professionals who get the job done! Highly recommended.

If you're most interested in lawyers that are arrogant, judgemental, and dismissive, Phillips and McCrea is definitely where you should head! I was looking to solve a family law matter locally, but ended up finding a firm online to complete it in just a couple hours. Really just go elsewhere.

This service was quick to respond and Danielle was very helpful in getting me in contact with Natalie, my attorney. Natalie was hired 2 weeks before my case regarding a domestic violence protection order. She was phenomenal and deserves more than 5 stars. I was extremely stressed and very anxious, but she assured me and represented me like a boss. I would absolutely recommend her for any family matter and she knows her stuff in regards to law. Hands down would not ask for anyone other than her. I cant give all the details but she was very prepared and took the time to hear me even though I was an extreme disorganized mess. Thank you, Natalie for your services. You are awesome.

I had a consultation to have them help me get disability. I was told they couldn’t help me, that my heart condition was not severe enough, that I can still work, just another type of job that wasn’t on my feet. All I wanted to do was speak with the attorney, however the legal assistant I spoke with told me I couldn’t and she said for me to go find work and stop being lazy. I did not appreciate that one bit! Do not do business with this law firm! The paralegals their are obviously not NC state bar certified as the gal I spoke with had no obvious knowledge of legal work! She was super rude and I will never do business with them again!

Marcel McCrea continues to reschedule our 30 mins call last minute without legitimate reasons. We have asked his assistant to provide an explanation and her response was “I don’t know”. Nothing against his assistance as she is just a messenger but we highly recommend going somewhere else for your legal help. We value everyone’s time but clearly the mutual respect isn’t there.

Natalie is amazing! She has been by my side for over 3 years during my divorce and custody case. Not only is she smart, organized and fabulous in court; she actually cares. I never felt like just a "client". She genuinely had a vested interest in my case and it was apparent. Her paralegal, Danielle, is just as wonderful. She was actively involved throughout and also knew my situation every time that I called, emailed or had a question. I never had to explain "who I was" or "why I was calling". I would never trust such a sensitive process to anyone else.

I would most definitely recommend, any legal issue is usually a long confusing process, but Christine has walked me through every step of the way, she is truly awesome.

My husband was recently represented by Mr. Phillips for his disability case. We haphazardly found Phillips and McCrea from a list of attorneys, however, after the first visit we were certain that we were right where we needed to be! The level of professionalism was second to none. Mr. Phillips and his staff were a God send during an extremely emotional and frustrating process. We would recommend this office ten times over!
