I never like posting reviews, haven’t had a traffic ticket in years. Made contact with iticket.law, everything was taken care of by email communication. This is an an amazing law firm, great experience and great service. They sent the link to sign up for online class, took the course right in the comfort of my own home. Everything dismissed, no points added to my insurance or license. This is an A+ Service, 5 Rating!!!!!

I like this system, this law office does great with automated reminders and I experienced great customer service over the phone. Would definitely use again if I unfortunately get another ticket.

This service was efficient, cost-effective, and an overall fantastic experience. I was ticketed going 15 mph over and my ticket was reduced to "Improper Equipment," meaning zero impact on my license or insurance premium with minimal court cost. I would recommend this service and would use again if needed. Disclaimer- this was my first ticket in the U.S. so I have no experience/law firm of which to compare.

If you want the job done hire Hatley. I hired them online 3 days before my court date and did not have to appear. (Nobody likes going to court) On top of that they were able to get my citation reduced which saved me money on my insurance. They constantly kept it contact through email every step of the way & notified me of the final ruling. All around good job from Hatley Law 👍🏾

I have nothing but great things to say about Hatley Law Office and iTicket.law. Everything is done online and through email. I never had to set foot in an office or court room. Never even made a phone call. So convenient. I made a few inquiries via email and my questions were answered very quickly, usually within 15 minutes! Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. The process was explained very clearly. They made the process seamless and transparent. Two thumbs up!!! Mr. Hatley and his staff were very professional, and easy to work with. The initial cost I thought was very reasonable. As soon as payment is received they look over your individual situation, and will do their best to get the best outcome for you. As long as you do your part regarding getting information they need from you, and you keep them informed on what is going on with you things go very smoothly. Everything is done via email. However, if you need to talk to someone there is a number to call in case of an emergency. The law firm was always nice to deal with and professional, and highly highly recommend them!
