I had multiple tickets, including a reckless driving charge, and was facing license revocation. Hatley Law got one speeding charge reduced to improper equipment and got the reckless driving charge and (very fast) ticket settled as a Prayer for Judgment Continued. The result was no points on my license, no increase in my insurance rates, and thousands of dollars saved in fines and court costs. They made the whole process very easy and kept me informed as my cases moved to better resolution than I could have possibly expected.

I hadn't had a ticket in about 18 years and was so worried about how much money I was going to have to come up with. I got quotes from $400 to $600 just for lawyers services plus court costs. My husband told me to just wait until all letters from the lawyers came and the last one I got was from iticket law. I thought sure it was too good to be true when it said only $99 but they are true to their word. They kept in constant contact with me and handled it and it's all settled before my original court date. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!

I'm a traveling nurse just so happens I got a speeding ticket in NC. I received a letter from iticket lawyers so I gave them a try because I didn't want a speeding ticket on my driving record. These guys are great and I didn't have to show up in court being im so busy traveling, they went to court for me and resolved my issues. Guess what ?? I don't have that speeding ticket going on my driving record. Be smart let iticket take charge, you're be glad you did

I hired someone through this service after trying to get a ticket taken care of myself in NC. I was told an aspect of my ticket would be taken care of. Ultimately, I received an email stating my case was closed and my due amount (which led me to believe the aspect I was told was taken care of, was in fact taken care of). I paid the amount my lawyer told me was due and thought this was all over. Then I get a letter in the mail from North Carolina court saying I didn't pay the full amount. I tried explaining I had an email from my lawyer saying my case was closed and to pay said amount. They said a certain aspect of my case was not taken care of. The clerk also explained my lawyer was made aware of this and chose not reach out to me. In her exact words she said "he asked me if I was going to notify you or if he should". I paid this law firm to be my lawyers. Not toss me around like I'm a ball and do a half ass job. I have called multiple times and the receptionist claims there is nothing they can do in part of a law that was passed in December. I received my ticket in July. The lawyer will not call me back and I have only spoke with the receptionist. I have put off this review in order to give the lawyer a chance to call me back but this is absolutely unacceptable. The only reason I am giving two stars is because they did get half the job done and that is only because I have a clean record. UPDATE: As soon as one of the CEOs(?) Read my review he investigated and contacted me immediately. Tom was very personable and took time to explain what happened and had a full conversation with me regarding this matter. He assisted me in making sure this could be resolved and I'm very appreciative.

They were awesome! They communicated regularly with me and kept me up to date on everything, handled my case professionally, and got me an outcome I didn't expect (a good outcome)! I will definitely use them again if I have to!
