First day I called left my information waited over 24 hours didn't get a call back so I called them back didn't have my information so I started over again waited another 24 hours never got a call back called again they sent me through from somebody and started taking my information down and said somebody would call me back another 24 hours goes by and nobody and my court date is in 2 days from here nobody calls me back so I called them back person sent me to somebody higher than them spoke with somebody and they told me to call back of this number at 5:00 and give him the rest of the information and payment information so I did and they couldn't take my information because they were only in assistant then the morning of my court date they call me while I'm in court trying to say you need an attorney I was like you guys are the worst I just don't understand how they stay in business and I can guarantee you all those five-star ratings are definitely not from people who use them

Everything went well, but I did have to get my attorney to put a little fight into the case a few times. If I would have just listen to him, I would a lost a few thousand dollars. I kinda felt like I was doing his job for him a few times. And I had to basically tell him that I wasn't going to be the middle man or contact people that he was supposed to be contacting, that is the point of getting an attorney. But overall they did well with my case.

When I got my first speeding ticket, I have to admit I was a little stressed. Although, when reading through the letters I got in the mail from different attorneys iTicket.law stood out. There were no outrageous fees, hassles, or even inconveniences when it came to working with Hatley Law. From the letter in the mail, to the phone call, to the well-organized communication system and response time, I could not be more pleased with the effort and outcome this firm provided me. Side note - my ticket was specific to Catawba county, but with the quality of my experience, I would expect nothing less from any other attorney on staff.

I was honestly skeptical at first but after talking to a rep on the phone ally worries went away. Attorney wise appeared for me in court and got my desired outcome. Absolutely recommend this amazing group of people. I am not fake or paid check my other reviews, this is just a great company saving people time and money.
