I was overwhelmed and unable to focus on my day to day responsibilities due to having put myself into really bad debt. The team at Arnold & Smith didn’t judge me or make me feel like I was just another person who had irresponsibly put themselves in a bad situation. I wasn’t just another debt settlement case. I was made to feel like a person they wanted to genuinely help get their life back on track. Shannon, Madison and everyone else at Arnold & Smith were there every step of the way, every question I had, every concern, any stumbles, every creditor call, every debt collector correspondence. I was reassured they would do whatever they could to help me with my debt settlement. If I was ever skeptical this program would work or if they could really help me, that skepticism is gone. You guys are real life heroes. You helped me get my peace of mind and my life back on track. I can’t thank you all enough for what you have done for me and everything you continue to do.

Never waste your time with this law firm. They don’t think about clients best interests. They think about themselves please never ever trust their company.

Not helpful at all to me regarding a simple case. I was under the impression that they handle civil cases. The Attorney didn't even bother to call and tell me directly that they could not take my case. I received a generic text message with a link that was not useful. That was my experience.

I initially reached out to Arnold & Smith, PLLC through their website to inquire about representation for a racial profiling and discrimination case against Costco. I submitted all relevant details, hoping to confirm if this type of case was within their practice scope. John Sampson contacted me via phone and email, assuring me that they could handle my case, despite the lack of any mention of similar cases on their website. He insisted that I pay a non-refundable consultation fee, but I felt hesitant and decided to follow up with an email for additional confirmation. I soon received a response from Arnold & Smith, PLLC stating, "Thank you for your inquiry. We have determined we are unable to assist with your case moving forward. Please refer to www.avvo.com for a directory of attorneys that may be able to assist you." I am not sure if Arnold & Smith, PLLC is aware that employees are encouraging clients to pay non-refundable fees for cases the firm ultimately won’t take. This is both misleading and a waste of my time. I would advise others to be cautious when inquiring about their services. SERVICES NOT USED HOWEVER RESPONSE TIME WAS NICE

The whole Experience was an endurance but very fulfilling at the end of it all. They will do everything in their power to fight for you and will be very patient but firm throughout it all. The amount of knowledge I've learned through this endeavor was unforgettable and things that i will take with me for the rest of my life. I have nothing but praise, But i hope i never see them again. There are moments in life that you’ll just never forget, and attorney William Shelley and his paralegal Katie Lombardo were there for me for one of the worst times in my life and also one of the good times.
