Mr. DeCurtins accomplished what he said he was going to do and more. He wasn’t like most lawyers, sugarcoating his capabilities. He told me what the options were for my son and what the result could be. Not only that, but he did a phenomenal job of coming up with a plea offer that was unthinkable for the charges my child was facing. I talked to other people about the plea, and they were also amazed, considering the charges my son was facing, he only had to do days instead of several years. Mr. DeCurtins worked over and above and my family and I are delighted with the outcome.

Last October I got myself into some trouble on a layover in Charlotte, NC. I looked online for a lawyer and took my chances with Mr. Robert Decurtins. Let’s just say that it was the absolute BEST decision I could have made. He and his team both were very helpful throughout my entire case which was continued time and time again. 6 months later, I was required to fly back to Charlotte to appear in court, and I was lucky enough to get to meet Mr. Decurtins in person. He is very upbeat, positive, yet doesn’t give you much unless he is certain. He was honest about the process and never gave me false hope. In the end, he was able to get my charges dismissed. I would recommend him to any and everyone!! With his help, I am now able to truly start my life back over again and am so very appreciative of his time and effort. Robert Decurtins and his son Brandon Decurtins (as well as their assistant Lisa) were very helpful and was able to get me the best possible outcome for my case. They were very reasonable with their fees compared to other attorneys and were very personable to me.
