My experience was nothing more than amazing. I actually felt like a person and not a number. Everyone was so friendly and compassionate. It was a very speedy response if and when I had questions, concerns, and even insightful information. It took a very heavy weight off of me and the stress of dealing with miscommunication. I'm truly thankful for everything that was does to help not only myself but my daughter as well.
