My company Vocable Communications reached out to Ms. Karen Boardman needing help drawing up contracts for client engagements. She talked to us about what our new business was in order to better understand what kind of protections would need to be in our contract and suggested additional items we weren't aware of. We had such a good experience with her that we reached out to her for help reincorporating in NC, which led us to having her review our operating agreement. She found some spots in our OA that needed buttoning up and helped us navigate a disgruntled partner. Overall she has consistently exceeded our expectations with every interaction and done so efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend her.

This firm also represented my HOA. Charged an excessive fee, were rude and could not provide an itemized receipt of charges. Avoid at all cost.

This law firm is unprofessional, from the receptionist to the legal assistant to the actual lawyer. Lawyer will not contact you back, and when they do transfer you to the lawyer, he can't answer simple questions and hangs up. There are many lawyers out there, no reason to put up with this unprofessional behavior, especially you are paying them, they are not paying you; they at least owe you the respect you deserve as a client.
