I’m a student who was facing eviction that I felt was unfair and wrong whereby the complex told me that they weren’t receiving my rent because they were investigating a visitor violation I had been accused of and then come end of the month, they sued me for non payment. I ran to CTK for help and Casey Couch was the attorney I dealt with she was absolutely amazing. She helped me navigate through the entire thing so that I could make an informed decision and being a student she also had my finances in mind. She’s amazing, kind and good at what she does. I had an appointment to see the paralegal. They were charging almost $300 just for me to sit with them for an hour. I got hung up in traffic but made sure to call to update them I was coming. The receptionist assured me I was fine and to take my time. When I arrived, it was 30 mins later and she informed me I still would need to pay for the full hour but would only get 30 mins consultation because the paralegal had "things to do". I walked out . Man, I wish I could get my gas back for driving across town .Smh.
