My husband was in a horrific motorcycle accident last year, he was physically ran over by a car, resulting in a broken neck, back, 18 ribs, collapsed his lungs, the list goes on! We are very fortunate he is alive. After the insurance company kept calling repeatedly for a statement, we quickly realized because of the complexity of his case that we would need an attorney. After researching and consulting several attorneys we arrived here, with Jeff Warren. We were able to hand everything over to Jeff and Tiffany without having to worry, as our life became flooded with hospital and doctor visits on a continual basis. Jeff did a great job explaining our options in a way we would understand. Not only was Jeff amazing and available to take our calls or meet with us anytime we had a question or concerns, his paralegal Tiffany was also AMAZING and kept us up to date with regular phone calls. She kept things well organized and was able to answer any questions or get us the answer within a timely manner. If you are dealing with anything of the sort, Jeff is the guy you need on your side! We highly recommend!

Two years ago my wife was diagnosed with cancer and had to go on medical leave for treatment. Her treatments were far beyond short term disability and her company's (very large national bank) disability insurance denied her claim. She was approved for Social Security Disability on the first review, which was great. Since her LTD was denied we scheduled an appointment with Christian Ayers. As soon as me met him, we knew we were in good hands. We collected the hundreds of pages of doctors' reports and the LTD company's correspondence. From Day 1 of working with Christian he was super communicative, promptly returning messages (voice and email). He guided us the whole way through the year-long battle and then we received a letter saying the appeal was approved. We followed his advice throughout the year and of course the insurance company was dragging their feet and Christian was a bulldog with the people at the insurance company and refused to be ignored by them, which they did many times to him and us. There's no doubt in our minds that, without his help, my wife's claim would have denied again. The best part is they backdated what my wife would have received had she been approved from the first request, which was a lump sum of her back-pay and now once a month she will continue to receive both SSDI and LTD each month until she is healthy enough to return to work. We never had to pay a dime to Christian and his Law Firm until we received the money, which was the agreement from the first consultation with him. The best part is if there are any issues moving forward then Christian will still be our attorney and represent my wife in any legal issues. Thank you, Christian, for your tireless work on my wife's case and always being accessible during the process. It was very stressful and affecting her recovery, and now that stress has been lifted!!
