Cynthia Jones has represented our HOAs in Pinehurst for more than 8 years. As property manager for (2) HOAs she has always responded to our questions very timely and is well versed in Association law. She did an excellent job in reviewing our By-laws and Declarations that were written in 1974. By re-writing these very important governing documents, they now relate to current policies. Absolutely the best. They kept me informed every step of the way. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They worked hard to get me the best settlement possible. Even now months after my case was settled and I received my money I received a call from them informing me one of my hospital bills took to much money out of my settlement and have issued me a refund check for over $1500. I truly hope I'm never in in a situation like that again....but if I am James Scott Farrin will be the first phone call I make...after 911 of course.
