I called to talk about a case of my 2 yro son passing from the wrong treatment given to him at Duke University Hopstial. And all he suffered. As well other things and they Didn’t even care to listen to the case because They are all hungry for money and No morals to do What Is right.

Very unprofessional staff. I had to call several times and never received calls back from the paralegal, Delta Farrington. I was never updated about anything with my case, every time I called i was sent to voicemail, or she was always away from her desk. I was never able to speak with a lawyer regarding my case. Instead of calling me back about the case, she would send text messages. The insurance adjuster called several times and never received a call...when i reached out she stated I forgot to check my voicemail. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I was always rushed off of the phone or seemed like i was bothering them when I called to get information.
