I had an appointment to see the paralegal. They were charging almost $300 just for me to sit with them for an hour. I got hung up in traffic but made sure to call to update them I was coming. The receptionist assured me I was fine and to take my time. When I arrived, it was 30 mins later and she informed me I still would need to pay for the full hour but would only get 30 mins consultation because the paralegal had "things to do". I walked out . Man, I wish I could get my gas back for driving across town .Smh.

I hired JSF after being hit by a drunk driver. It was the first (and hopefully last) accident that I have been involved in. It turned my world upside down for awhile. They guided me through the whole process from start to finish. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer it. Hiring them was the best thing I did. I originally met Tamela Wallace at a consultation with a friend of mine dealing with a domestic violence protective order and divorce. I was immediately impressed by her elegant demeanor and knowledge of family law (as well as the many resources and staff in her office across the street from the courthouse). She was always kind; and willing to answer all our questions. She critically thinks all while observing her surroundings especially in the courthouse. She demands the attention of the court with grace and confidence while still earning the respect of her peers but most importantly, the Judges. She's prepared thoroughly and it shows! She is sharp!
