I was in a head-on collision with a 17 year-old the teenager came into my lane trying to avoid a rear end collision. The young lady was crying and saying it was her fault and that she had called the police. I chose this law firm to go through. I had a broken femur, fractured ankle, broken clavicle, broken breast bone, and a crushed vertebrae. After the collision, I was sitting there with smoke in the car from the airbags. I later felt a hit from behind someone had ran into me after the head-on collision. They sent someone over to take pictures and started out with a great attorney then they gave me a woman named La Donna. she was not very attentive to my needs I probably only spoke with her three times in the year that they were handling my case. When they finally sent the settlement, she did not advise me to not take the first offer which I believe she should have done. I didn’t know any better, but she did. So really the only money that I got was from my insurance company this young lady caused the accident, but it was my insurance company that paid me. I now suffer with PTSD, memory loss, depression, anxiety, and my compensation didn’t touch the surface of what I am going through. The 17-year-old that came into my lane and hit me head on, I have yet to speak with she or her parents.. I was told that they had a $30,000 insurance policy and that’s all I could get from the insurance company unless of course we used our own insurance. A year later I’ve had another surgery due to this accident. I had to have my ankle fused, which has really changed my life.. I would like to say that I don’t think they did the job that they should have done in my case and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
