This firm is truly a God send in more ways than one. They have handled many tickets for me. As well as two injuries. They have helped friends, family and coworkers as well. Every one of them as equally satisfied with this practice for a multitude of reasons. They are honest, reasonably priced, and genuinely care about you and whatever situation you got going on. The staff is as equally amazing as the lawyers. Forget the big advertisers, look at their actual wins and track records from their clients. You aren't just a number here, you are a real person with needs and feelings. You are treated with respect and empathy from the moment you walk into their office, no matter the legal need. I reached out to Christopher May through a recommendation on Nextdoor.com as I was rear ended and in need of an accident attorney. I was very skeptical at first because unfortunately, I've had bad luck with a few accident attorney's in Charlotte, specifically one where I had permanent injuries for life (due to no fault of mine) and the previous attorney didn't file my case within the NC statutes of limitations (which is 3 years btw) and so I received zero compensation for permanent injuries while that attorney probably just got a slap on the wrist and I'm suffering to this day from it. After an initial phone consultation, I met with Christopher in person and informed him of my fears due to previous experiences with accident attorneys in Charlotte. He was very empathetic and assured me that he would take good care of me. The word "good" is an understatement because Christopher is excellent at what he does! From start to finish he has made me trust in him by his warm & empathetic demeanor, his professionalism, his thoroughness in his work and quick communication. If you haven't been in an accident before, one thing you should be aware of is that you have to have some patience as there is a period where you just have to wait out the process until you recover if you are being treated medically be it physical therapy, chiropractic, etc. and this can take quite some time depending on your personal injuries/case as each is different. Christopher has always been upfront with me an honest throughout the entire process on what to expect, and even through the waiting period he would periodically follow up with me so I never had to follow up once as he was always on top of it. My daughters were also in a car accident last year and I recommended them to get in touch with no one other than Christopher. He took extremly good care of them from start to end just as he did with me, and they have already been compensated as well.
