Demayo Law was a bright light and the end of a very long paper trail. I called them after my second disability claim was denied. From the very first call I made I was treated respectfully and thoughtfully by each individual I spoke to. Mia Davis, my case manager, was always available to answer my questions and talk me through the process. On my hearing date, my attorney Yvonne Costelloe, came prepared and was calming as I was extremely nervous. After the hearing, Yvonne sat with my husband and myself to answer all of our questions and explain how the remainder of the process will play out. I am beyond grateful to DeMayo Law Office for the assistance with the difficult process filing and appealing for Social Security Disability.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, that’s what I would rate this firm! No one ever picks up the phone as far as case handlers! You can leave a million voicemails and never receive a call back! When I finally got the woman on the phone her excuse was she has been in and out of the office. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I even called her direct number and she ignored my call! Shonda Hall is her name. I handled my OWN issues with the insurances as well. I would not recommend anybody to go to this firm EVER! I have been trying to release my case and after a week I’m still waiting on them to email my paperwork I will never use them to represent my case again!
