Took way too long to settle case as well as it was very difficult contacting ppl and definitely not kept up to date on status. Settlement amount wasn’t a acceptable amount but due to dealing with a horrible law office I settle just to get it over with.

My case has been going on for almost 2 years! I never hear from my lawyer, I always have to call, or email, and ask how my case is going. I don't understand why it's taking this long. I just want to be done with it already!
