Great attorney who is efficient and gets the closing done.

We have complete trust in Mrs. Johnson-Lewis as our attorney who advises us about family planning. There is no more sensitive, nor precious, aspect of our lives, and she ensures that we have all of our "i's" dotted and "t's" crossed.

Ann-Rose Johnson-Lewis, has become my go to attorney on all legal matters. She has worked effectively to resolve the too often occurrence of traffic matters for myself and others. The result of her counsel has resulted in two separate dismissals for two members of my family as well as a significant reduction in the charges. Ultimately saving money with regards to insurance and the lowered or non existent points against driving records. Her consultations were personable and genuinely alleviated my own fears about the process. I totally felt secure in leaving these matters in her knowledgeable hands which she proved to be justified. Mrs. Johnson-Lewis is my counselor for family law matters as well. She has given me peace of mind with various will and estate planning though, given I am writing this review, fortunately I have not needed to use. Yet, the documents are in place for the myriad of issues that may arise. Ultimately I must profess that it is her overall ability to relate to me, her presence and demeanor, as well as knowledge that has sold me on her. She made handling all of these issues much less stressful which truly was a major blessing. Basically, as I stated when I began, Ann-Rose Johnson-Lewis is my attorney for all my legal needs and counsel.

Hiring Attorney Brandon Roseman was an exceptional decision. Not only were his fees reasonable, but he was also extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire legal process. I was charged with DUI back in 2014. I immediately called Mr. Roseman. My case was in Cabarrus Co. which is one of the worst counties to receive a charge such as this. My case lasted over 2 years and Mr. Roseman was there every step of the way. My case involved a license checkpoint, a roadside testing, blood testing evidence, officer testimony,a DMV hearing, and a district attorney that would not give up that wanted to drag my case out. Mr Roseman never once asked for a continuance and was ready from day one. Mr Roseman was very quick at getting involved in my case and fighting for my rights. He was very knowledgeable and informative as to what i should do throughout the entire case.. He stayed in contact with me and explained everything that was happening in court. Finally in 2016 I was found NOT GUILTY of DUI. This was a very long case and i was so relieved about the results. This ruling will change my life for the better and allow me to continue to take care of myself and my family. I could not have done this without Mr Roseman and i will always be greatful and will recommend him to anyone. He knows what he's doing and im glad i trusted his advise and representation. I was very fortunate to find Brandon Roseman, and have him represent me. I was very stressed about the possibility of getting points off of my license for a speeding ticket I received, and the thought of having to go to court was unnerving. He educated me on how these situations work, and was able to turn the ticket into a minor infraction. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. It's nice to have someone give you their word, and have them keep it. I will refer him to anyone I know in need.

Brandon is communicative, organized, and very very capable. I have used him for minor traffic violations and he always manages to get a reduction or figures out the best possible way to get me the lowest penalty & court costs. In addition, his attorney fee is so fair & low compared to others in the area, that when you take into account the savings he creates , his service truly pays for itself. Beyond just simple traffic matters, I had to call on Brandon because I needed some prospective/potential legal advice. He called me back promptly & stayed on the phone with me for more than ten minutes making sure I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered even though he did not benefit monetarily or otherwise. He is truly a class act. I do not have the highest opinions of lawyers & haven't always had the best experience with them - so my loyalty to Mr. Roseman is very easy - attorneys like him are simply hard to come by!!

I was referred to Hands Law Firm by a family member around April 2015 when I was seeking to move my Child Custody case from MO to NC. Having dealt with attorneys who were more concerned with my ex husband's fatherly rights more than mine as the primary custodial parent of our child, I was not at all thrilled to be consulting yet another attorney due to having little to no faith in attorneys. That all changed when I had my consultation with Mrs. Johnson-Lewis. Mrs. Johnson-Lewis listened intently as I explained how my mother and child planned on moving to NC with me (my mother already rented out her home) when I obtained a job transfer. My ex husband blocked my daughter moving to NC with me (under age 10 at the time) and had to stay in the state of MO with my mother. They had to rely on the generosity of my mom's ex coworker (both retired) who opened up her house to them while I fought for them to be able to move to NC. Mind you, my ex lived in a different state at the time so our child was literally without a parent in the same state. After 9 grueling months, I finally gave up child support, signed a parenting plan that allowed him to basically become the first legalized "dead beat dad" because he had no financial obligation, nor any real responsibility for our child except to see our child whenever he felt like it all while having the legal right to have a say in what our child could/could not do as far as educational/medical decisions were concerned. Our initial fight was because he couldn't understand why I would move from MO to NC for a job transfer but after said order was put in place he moved to another state for a job transfer...really? Mrs. Johnson-Lewis showed compassion for not only me but for my child and my mother for what we went through. She was always professional and gave sound advise whenever I needed it. She always returned my emails/phone calls when I had questions or concerns and would make sure to keep me updated on things which built my trust in her as my attorney. Mrs. Johnson-Lewis got my case moved from MO to NC and then she guided me through the process of modifying our parenting plan and child support. Not only did I receive a more clear cut parenting plan that spells out exactly what dates/ times visitations are with my child and my ex, I received child support, child support arrears, the final say in all decision making as the primary custodial parent, peace of mind that I do not have to put up with the nonsense from my ex anymore regarding visitation dates, and I can FINALLY really move on and enjoy the life that I have fought so hard to build for myself and my child. Mrs. Johnson-Lewis will fight for you and with you but in a fair and just way. She is straight forward with you and listens to you more than you know. She will not lie to you and say everything will go perfectly your way but her diligence and unwavering care regarding your case will speak for volumes as to how hard she is working behind the scenes for you. I do not want to go to court anymore, but if I ever need to again, I will be calling on Mrs. Johnson-Lewis to represent me.

She immediately took the time to listen to my situation and began to guide me. My case turned out to be more complicated than we could have ever anticipated. Had a speeding ticket, unreduced, at 22 over the speed limit. My driving record was less than perfect previously, and this man was able to get me off with no points on my insurance. He was professional, understanding, and took my case at the very last minute, despite the severity of the offense. I strongly recommend Brandon if you ever have any traffic citations you need taken care of!
