Like most folks, I hadn’t figured on needing a lawyer, then reality set in when confronted with a Separation Agreement. I was lucky enough to have been referred to Courtney Carter of the Arnold & Smith Law Firm. She not only advised me on North Carolina law, she translated pages of “legal speak” to a level I could understand. Wanting the process to come to a quick end, Courtney kept me grounded, weighing the repercussions of agreeing to terms for the sake of expediency. Considering the circumstances, I could not have been more pleased with the service and dedication provided by Courtney and her Paralegal, Gail Oliver. Hoping never again to need the services of an attorney, if I do I will, without hesitation, call upon Courtney’s guidance again.

The Arnold & Smith team were amazing. Mr. Shelley was great at explaining to me the break down of everything dealing with my case and was able to get me the best possible out come. Any questions I had he was able to explain to me in detail. My case was pushed back for specific reasons but with each progession I was contacted periodically throughout the process to give me an update by Katie and Jordan which alleviated alot of emotional anguish and anxiety driven panic sometimes, being as though this was my first time ever hiring a lawyer on my behalf. Given me more time to focus on my family and work life because I had just relocated from Georgia to Md. They made the process amazingly smooth and seemless as possible also without breaking my pockets as I was strapped for cash from relocating. I truly appreciate them and if I ever have problems in the future I will definitely be contacting them again for representation as well as referring them to all my family and friends! Had a case of false warrants taken out on me and Attorney Smith got them dismissed and currently working to have them espoused. An excellent Attorney.

If ever you need an attorney go to Arnold & Smith and get Brad Smith who I had. He got the all three counts dismissed two were communicating threats which were false and 200 dollars for injuries to their dog who had no injuries. He knew the law and got the judge to see that those false crimes needed to be dismissed. I will recommend them to anyone needing an attorney.
