You will get exactly what you paying for. These guys are on top for a reason. Anastasia cowan handled my case with ease. I got everything she went to war for, and extra. She a beast when it comes to winning a case. And her side kick ( kristin) is also on point. But you have to remember these guys are the best so everyone is chasing them down, that means they are always in battle. Just have patience and leave them to do what they do best. You won't regret it.

I have used Pete McArdle on 2 separate occasions. Honestly, I can't imagine having anyone else on my team. My divorce was one that could have left me financially devastated but instead, Pete was able to negotiate WAY more than the "guidelines" and leave my spouse and his attorney with their tail between their legs. If you need an attorney that will take a personal interest in your situation not just about his/her paycheck, then Pete is your guy. Most recently I had to revisit Pete when my ex tried to get out of his financial obligations and Pete once again came through with flying colors. He was so good that in the deposition, my ex's attorney had to tell my ex to "calm down" because Pete knew how to press every button. In the end, I received a lump sum payout and was able to move on with my life. Pete McArdle is FABULOUS! If you're going to hire an attorney....I wouldn't hire anyone else if you want to come out on top!!

Arnold & Smith, PLLC is a firm of SUPER attorneys and the best in Charlotte, in my opinion. Matt Arnold and Joanna Walle make an amazing team, both in the courtroom and out. Mr. Arnold is committed to winning. He fought hard on our behalf in a nasty, overly litigious divorce case. He maintained focus throughout the entire length of the case and never gave up. I have Arnold & Smith to thank for helping end the craziness of this case. I highly recommend Arnold & Smith but pray I never need them again!

Like most of us do when we find ourselves in need of an attorney, we thank to ourselves, how much is it going to cost and how will I pay for it. That is exactly what I said when I found myself in a child custody battle between me and my ex. After going to court, I quickly realized that this was not a task I wanted to take on without legal advice. Again, like most of us I ran to the rescue of the internet. I began to search for attorneys based on ratings and reviews. After that, I narrowed it down based on what each attorney charged and for what. I found what I believed to be a good attorney, boy was I wrong! After getting the run around, being lied too, penny pitched, and taken advantage of by the one I was paying to represent my best interest, I was fed up. By this point, my funds were running low however, I was in too deep and needed to figure out something quick. Once I arrived I was greeted by a young lady who provided excellent customer service. I was then escorted to a conference room, offered some refreshments and was told the attorney would be in shortly. Shortly after, I was greeted by a young lady that was soft spoken and easy going. She introduced herself as Anastasia. I said to myself OMG, here I go again. She didn’t look like she would harm a fly. By this point, I had been through a lot, and things were not looking good, I needed a bulldog on myside. She sat down and we began to talk, I started with day one and brought her up to my current situation. After explaining to her how many times I had been to court, how many judges I had spoken to, and how many attorneys I had, she just smiled and said “ok and”! I took a stack of papers about 2 inches thick and pushed them across the table to her, I told her that these were the papers I had collected over the years going back and forth to court. She smiled and said, “I am here to help you”! I said to her “that’s what the last 3 attorneys said and now I am left with a big debt and a stack of papers”. She smiled and said “just give me a chance, it’s going to cost you, I am not sure how much and if you feel like we are getting in too deep just let me know and I won’t be offended, we can stop”. Fast forward to a year later, I now have custody of my daughter during the school year, along with child support to assist me with caring for her needs. If you are looking for an attorney to help you with a child custody case, one that will fight for you, will not nickel and dime you for every little thing, one you can trust, one that is not money hungry, one that will keep their word, one that will fight to the end and will never leave you alone, then go see Anastasia Cowan and the folks over at Arnold and Smith Law Firm. Anastasia and her paralegal Kristin Pierce will work tirelessly and do what needs to be done to ensure your voice is heard, you are treated fairly and that justice is served. From day one Anastasia has been genuine, and showed her love and compassion for kids, my other attorneys couldn’t even remember my child’s name. Brad Smith is the best lawyer in Charlotte. He represented me on a sexual abuse case and returned not guilty verdicts. His team is awesome and very thorough! He took the time and did the necessary research to make sure he knew every detail about the case. I wouldn't recommend any other law office but Arnold & Smith. He literally saved my life.

8/2 - Just now my misdeamenour case was dismissed thanks to Bradley Smith. I did not even have to see the judge. He is also very friendly and humble, most importantly knows what he is doing for sure.

Mr. Smith helped my son get his case charges reduced by working with the district attorney and postponing a trial until favorable evidence came back from Raleigh.

I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of legal help!
