Had then pleasure to have jeff Thompson helping me through my difficult and complex situation I had gotten myself into. He always took the time to explain things to me and answered my questions everytime. It was a great feeling to know he was helping me through every step from start to finish. And his staff would always remind me of my court dates. Very passionate about helping people and made me feel I was a main priority whenever we talked about my situation and what I needed to do. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My experience with Arnold Smith Law Firm was excellent! Alondra Quinones and Zoya Nawaz were my case managers, and walked me through every step with great care and competence. Whenever I needed to make a choice, they explained it very simply, and overall they eased all my anxieties with their confident manner. I am immensely pleased with the representation I received from Courtney Carter at Arnold & Smith Law Firm. I could have not asked for a better lawyer. Courtney is extremely thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, sympathetic, and most importantly honest. Courtney demands the courtroom and establishes a powerful and confident presence. She is terrifying in the best ways possible, as long as she’s representing you of course. I would recommend not being the one facing her on the other side of the table or courtroom. Courtney is always prepared and punctual. She utilizes closed loop communication and explains every step, document, wording, or confusion instances if they occur. Courtney is extremely understanding and accommodating. One of the most important things that I appreciated about her is that she always made me feel like I was exclusive. I never felt like I had to fight for her attention when I needed her. I never felt like another number or “just a case” to her. Some lawyers get a negative stigma that “they don’t care because they’re still getting paid” but that is not the case with Courtney. Courtney knew every detail about my case, but and small. She remembered things that I even forgot I sent her or talked to her about. I always felt like her only client though that was not the case. Courtney is honest, brutally honest. If you’re going through a family law situation, you’ll need this characteristic from your council. Courtney is not going to tell you what you want to hear. She will tell you realities of outcomes, best case scenarios (if you can compromise), etc. She’s honest about the process, pricing, and possible results. Courtney gave me the best fight in my uphill custody battle and we came out ON TOP!! Courtney won me my two girls and officially gave me my motherhood back after fighting with my deceitful ex-husband for years. Thanks to Courtney, I get to be a real mom again as I have always dreamed and I will never be able to repay her for that. She will never truly understand the depths to which I am grateful for her. Courtney is exactly as you’d picture the perfect lawyer on any given tv show or movie. Her knowledge, experience, and childhood observations make her the perfect well rounded council. If you don’t choose to use Courtney and you see her as opposing council, well…. May the odds be ever in your favor. Realistically, there is not a single thing I would change about my experience with her and she is worth so much more than she costs. I had kind of a complicated case which resulted in acquiring documentation from multiple states . Finally today a Judge granted me favorable results, which was life changing for me.
