Due to the fact that I am a student, I didn't have much time or stress to devote to a pending case. My legal matter was handled smoothly from beginning to end. I was able to confidently put my trust in my attorney and the case ended quickly and efficiently. I was completely satisfied with the timely correspondence from the office staff and I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing representation. I trust them to handle whatever case I may have in the future.

I've worked with Charles on both personal and business matters in the past and I (along with my company) will continue to work with him long into the future. As the title suggests, Charles is the definition of a fixer. At his core he's a true problem solver and will do whatever is necessary (within the scope of the law) to make sure your problem gets solved. He is passionate, creative, intelligent, and a hard worker. While he certainly has his specialties in the legal field, I will always seek his advice first regardless of my situation as I truly value his counsel. I was treated with the utmost respect and everything was completed in a timely fashion. The result of my issue was more than I could have asked for I would hire Charles or anyone from his firm again ina heart beat.

Not a good experience at all. The first time I came to this attorney he was very late and I broke into an anxiety attack. There were some defamatory statements and lies posted online to attack my character. An insane woman who did not even know me, who had acted on jealousy and hate, and lord only knows what else did this. If I knew who she was to this day my life would be so much easier. Needless to say my feelings and character, and will to live, were all extremely disrupted by the false accusations that this person had put on me. Instead of working to find out who this person was, and get to the bottom of why they were attacking me, and what action we could take as a team, simply decided to take $700.00 dollars from a then 20 year old girl, just starting out her career and life. He wrote a "threatening" letter to the head of the website, the man who allowed the false to be posted, and me ridiculed and suffering from mental trauma as a result. When his letter which I read, promised me that it would clear some things up, for $700 it certainly should have, yet failed. Especially for a then 20-year-old girl just starting out in her career with no money. Mr. field then told me that we could take the head of this website to court But it would cost me $10,000, which is just astronomical and I believe that I was taken advantage of and fed tons of flase promises. I think that Mr. Fields should have been a little bit more tactful and the way that he approached this letter, asking the head of this website outright, Who posted the defamatory statement. I think that he could have but done a better job, of assisting me in finding out who I really needed to sue, which was not the websites itself but the person who said it. I also hired a private investigator, he was no help either. To this day I will never know more than likely and it has been a scar I will carry with me for the rest of my life. The comments made were so hurtful, untrue and disrespectful I honestly considered taking my own life. You would think that in his heart he would care more about their client then just charge them $700 to write a letter in generic format knowing he will accomplish nothing by doing so. Just as a warning to anyone who is dealing with legal issues for the first time, make sure you find an attorney with a heart. From my jarring experience, that is not Elliot Feild. Benjamin Hardwick, is a much better attorney who fights for his clients no matter how terrible their situation is; if I had to recommend an attorney, it would be him for certain.

Charles assisted with some personal finance and tax advice. He was professional, timely and took the time to answer all of my questions. After our initial appointment he maintained contact with me to keep me abreast of any updates and answer additional questions.
