Mr. Huntley has been one of the most pleasurable attorneys I've ever dealt with. While traveling through the state, I acquired a speeding ticket that was fairly high over the limit. With a court appearance mandatory and me not wanting to have to make the 10 hour round trip, I left the disposition up to Banks Huntley. He was able to effectively dispose of the ticket and explained every step in a clear and easy to understand way. I might add, I talked to 3 different lawyers before Huntley and none of them could even come near his price.

I hired Chris to handle the negotiations for a copyright infringement dispute and was very happy with the end result. Chris developed a strategy that enabled us to settle the dispute before the lawsuit progressed to having to file a response to the complaint or discovery. Small towns are the same all over the USA. They raise money by supplementing local taxes by setting up speed traps. In this particular case, because of the local laws, I was unable to just pay the fine on-line or via mail. Rather I would be required to appear before the court to arrange disposition of a speeding ticket wherein the State Trooper asserted I was exceeding the speed limit by 20 mph. As a busy cardiologist, I was not about to fly back to NC consequently I needed legal representation.
