I contacted this firm to inquire about hiring them for my court case. When I introduced myself to the first representative who answered, she responded with, 'Sure, let me look up your ticket,' then abruptly hung up. Assuming it was an error, I called back, only to have my calls repeatedly answered and immediately disconnected. As an Italian with a Latin accent, I believe I was subjected to blatant discrimination, as I suspect the representative assumed I was from a different background and chose not to assist me. Eventually, I reached a different operator who finally took my call. However, I decided not to go with this firm, not only due to the unprofessional and offensive experience but also because they informed me upfront that they would not fight all the charges.

Got a weird ticket and they took care of it! Great experience and SO easy to work with. No surprise fees. Highly recommend!
