I live in Cincinnati ohio and I received a careless and wreckless with intent to danger along with a 28 mph over the speed limit and a failure to appear and I literally jumped online after 17 years paid all my fees except for court costs and simply provided all the documents they asked for which was all simple stuff to obtain cause i never left my home for one thing and i waited to hear back.
