They were effective and diligent in handling my case. After the settlement came through I received another check at a later date.

My accident was May 10, 2016. On my journey my case manager switched 2/3 times. Took days to return calls or email. I finally hear in October all they need is lost wages form and everything's ready. Send it over same month. Figure things may fall over the holidays. Come end of Feb, haven't heard anything so I call for update. They're still waiting on 1 MEDICAL RECORD. So I drive straight to novant and the records lady shows me where demayo office requested the wrongs dates in October 2016. And where Novant immediately request corrected dates which Demayo NEVER DID. So I got them and hand delivered the same day to demayo office. The ball was dropped for 5 months. I finally go meet the "attorney" a YEAR after my accident. Wait 40 min from the time the Appt was scheduled to find out my Payout is Only $900 and my MEDICAL BILL is NOT PAID. So went in collections bc they dropped the ball. I never imagined w a PI Atty the first thing that wldnt be payed up front would be my Medical bills. This was a bigger headache then the accident. I could have easily self negotiated $1000 plus my medical bills from Insurance and been done w this in less than 3 months. I did the leg work. I had to stay on the insurance company about accepting liability. Save yourself the quack doctors that improperly adjust disc in your spine, the headache worrying about a office that has way to many cases and the cheapest hourly attys Demayo cld pay hourly bc he never sees your case. Represent yourself and name your price with the insurance agency. They'll gladly pay your medical bills, plus pain and suffering in a much faster manner. Why pay atty fees and all your money goes to chiropractor and Demayo. Never again. I feel like I cheated myself and Safeco using demayo as a "middle man". A whole year for Nothing but a Unpaid Medical bill that I have to pay with the few cents they gave me.

Worst law firm experience ever , had my case for 4 months they put $2000 in pocket totally dissatisfied with the results I received.

Office is a mess, no one knows what the other one doing, my file got lost three times and my lawyer was so bad that he lost an absolute winning case. He was so bad that the opponent attorney had to tell him to make objection. I warn you to avoid this law office and go with someone else. I had the Worst lawyer ever in my life here.

I just want to take a min of your time and express my feelings towards the Law Offices of Michael A DeMayo. I recently used them as my legal counsel for a workers comp case. Kathy Jackson, my case manager and Jill Calvert, my atty were nothing less than spectacular. I injured myself at work during a bad fall. My employer's handlers did nothing less than to try and make me suffer every step of the way, but do to the awesome team I had behind me at DeMayo Law Offices I recently settled with my employer for an amount that I was more than pleased with. Because I had pre-existing conditions I didn't think I had a leg to stand on. If you are injured and feeling the way that I did please pick up the phone and ask to speak to any one of there professional team members. If like me, it hurts to badly to get up and get in your car to go to them they will come directly to your home and after that you have new extended family members. I will always include these wonderful ladies in my prayers because do to God and the team at this law firm I will be taken care of for the rest of my life.
