Eli spent time and effort understanding my case and preparing for my court date. He reviewed the evidence and video footage and dominated the courtroom. Eli took it personally when my rights were violated and ensured the arresting officers answered for their mistakes. All charges dismissed and expunged.

Eli learned about my BWI charge and saw many flaws with it from the police perspective. He was offered a plea by the DA that he turned down due to his thoughts around the strength of the case and demanded a trial. We went to trial and he did an excellent job in court. He had the BWI charge dismissed.

I cannot say enough about the preparedness and professionalism of Mr. Timberg. Although the state continued the case twice, Mr. Timberg kept in contact throughout the entire time. Based on my specific case he was able to have 3 different defenses prepared. The first defense was argued by Mr. Timberg and was successful in getting the Judge to dismiss the entire case—like it never happened. I hope I never need his services again but I am glad to know he practicing law in Mecklenburg County.

Working with Mr. Timberg from start to finish was an amazing experience. Having to hire an attorney is usually never a fun task, and normally comes with a lot of stress and financial burden.
