I a currently still in the process of the divorce and custody but curveballs have been thrown and Eric has always been there for me. I trust him with my situation and I know he will do anything to make me feel protected, knowledgeable and comforted. He has fought for me no matter the circumstances that have been presented and there has been a few. I can count on him and you can too. Eric, I can never thank you enough. Thank you for being my advocate and making sure I have never felt alone!

He is expensive, gets things wrong, and is unresponsive. Would have rated him zero stars if I could.

It all started off great but, I feel he may be better in the courtroom then anything else. Eric is a bit lazy on doing work/ research ( maybe to many clients and personal issues keeping him busy) he had me believing things that I soon realized were not at all what they seemed and lost me what could have been the easiest case in the world. Eric did t stick up for me or protect me at all in the courtroom and in the end made me feel awful, alone and as always anything but confident. I now need to spend more money and time to get another lawyer to undo the mess he has made. Be careful looks like in the last 2 years, Eric is dropping the ball and not doing what he gets paid to do. We could have won but I still would say he is lazy, hard to get a hold of and will not keep you updated or let you know what is going on. There was absolutely no advice or time given to me unless it was the day to be infront of a judge.

Eric is a good attorney when you have his attention. I went to court and he was not prepared. Getting ahold of him on the phone, or by email, can be quite challenging. I have paid tens of thousands of dollars and not much is being accomplished. Once the divorce was finalized it seems like he forgot about me. There are more things that need to be taken care of; but, no response. I feel that he can be an amazing lawyer which is why I gave two stars. I think he can be money hungry and take on too many clients. Be careful.

Eric took my case after my wife served me with divorce papers while fighting cancer. She was trying to use her power and money to get her way. Eric's first concern was about my health and how we can limit the stress so I could finish treatment and prepare for another surgery. Eric reached a settlement agreement in a short time. I consider him and his staff like family. They have touched my life in a way they might not understand. If you're looking for a GREAT attorney Eric is you're guy. He has a solid knowledge of the Law...I highly recommend him if your looking for help with you're divorce.

I came to Mr Meredith devastated beyond belief because my son reported he was being hurt by his father. Mr Meredith provided a great deal of lip service at first and took $14,000. I went over 3 months with no return call or email from him and finally changed attorneys. I hired another attorney and spend almost 6 figures undoing some of Mr Meredith's damages. My second attorney stated Mr Meredith made some mistakes but would not go on the record.. My son ended up in the hospital and diagnosed with a PTSD and is still in treatment 4 years later due to the abuse from his father and the way Mr Meredith misrepresented me and my son.

From the moment I met Eric I felt he was in control, he took itnititive called opposing party while I was there, it feels good to have an attorney have your back and actually cares. I know he is going to do a great job.

When it comes to divorces and family law, Eric Meredith is the ONE to turn to. His vigor in the courtroom is outstanding as well as his strict attention to detail. His many accolades are proven true by his dynamic actions. My family and I were not disappointed by the outcome of the case. Eric fell through with his promises and really gave us exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Eric for any family related legal matter. Thank you again for all your hard work.

I found the law firm of Jetton & Meredith while researching the top attorney's in Charlotte. Eric Meredith had great reviews and so did his partner. My custody case was emotional and complicated. Eric handled it with ease and in a timely fashion. I am happy to say that he had a hand in completing my family for the better. I hopefully will not need to use Eric for another family matter, but I happily intend to refer him to family and friends if ever his services are needed.
