I retained Tamela Wallace as my lawyer for a divorce. I know it could take a while to happen but she was highly recommended. I talked to Ms. Wallace ONCE which was for the overpriced consultation. She wasn’t very informative and I was lost but whatever. I went through 3 paralegals in the office since my case was started. Each time someone new was handling my case I wasn’t informed. Each time I had a complaint about someone not reaching out to me I was rudely over talked and interrupted. Even the receptionist had an attitude when I was explaining how unprofessional it is that they don’t return calls. I’m a person who checks my emails everyday so if I’m not responding I didn’t get it. The office didn’t have the decency to do follow up calls or anything. Their only excuse is that Ms. Wallace and everyone else has been in court all day or that they sent something so it isn’t their fault I didn’t get it. There’s a such thing as voicemail I’m not sure they’re aware of and I’m pretty sure they get breaks in between cases or have assistants. After composing to Rebecca she really tried to pass it off to Tamela to give me a call back. It’s been a year and I haven’t spoken to that lady. What can she do for me now beside listen to me say how unprofessional her office is. I understand my case may have not been the most expensive but any paying customer anywhere should be given the same respect. I can go on but I’ll stop here. I do not recommend this lawyer or office at all. Very unprofessional, sarcastic, and rude.

Barry Jennings and Kathy Coleman were great to work with. Very prompt in responses. Barry worked with us through each step of my husband's case,.telling us what would happen, what to expect. Very knowledgeable and was spot on. Highly recommend.

Michelle and Kristen don’t know anything about good customer service . Update Today they sent me how much I owe (no Detail) i asked for a detailed bill . She then rescinded the offer. I have never heard of such things. Update #2. They just sent me a payoff for 500 more and then said I can’t pay it . Sent me a detailed bill that doesn’t match the amount . Stay far away from Michelle or Kristen Call the office . They are very unprofessional . They charge you for mistakes they make its terrible how treat people . I would give a negative star if i could

I would recommend anyone who needs estate planning and lives in the Charlotte area or Piedmont Triad to contact Soni Brendle, PLLC. Mr. Soni was incredibly knowledgeable. He and his office were easy to work with, and they were responsive, professional, and made themselves available throughout the process. My wife and I were very confident that our estate planning was in good hands. Would recommend them anyone unconditionally.

George has been a friend to me and my family for more than 30 years and in the times I was unfortunately in need of his professional services , I don’t have the words for how outstanding he was. He is the consummate professional and when you’re worried and concerned about something that could change your life for the worse, this man is a breath of positivity that can be measured . I have nowhere near the words to describe the measure of him as a man, a person, and a lawyer.
