My Attorney Mr.Michael Roessler and Ms. Heather Richardson is the BEST!! Mr. MICHAEL WILL GET THE JOB DONE!! THEY EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS!!

Written 10/20/2020 About a week or so ago, my daughter called this office as she is now beginning to seek an attorney for a loss she endured even though it is still difficult to discuss. Upon calling, of course she spoke with whomever takes the initial calls. In a matter of minutes, they told her they couldn’t take her case. Crying, my daughter tells me about the phone call. I asked her what was said and she pretty much told me that she explained the situation and was just told no. A no without emotion or empathy. No qualifying questions asked to get further clarification from her, nothing. Which takes me back to Liam Tran’s review from a couple of weeks ago. Because my daughter is a young adult and her communication skills are not as advanced as mine, I used their chat feature (I was at work and could not call) to try and discuss. The person receiving my chat asked for a brief description and one basic question and then asked for my name, email address and phone number which I gladly provided. Time passes and after realizing that I never received a phone call yesterday, I rated them one star. And this morning, I magically received a voicemail from this office stating they received my chat message regarding an incident and to call back and discuss. Usually, I would consider this a coincidence but considering this is the ONLY attorney I’ve tried contacting personally which makes it easier to keep track, I think not. For those reading this review in search of an attorney, first let me offer my empathy for whatever your situation is because I’ve researched this attorney and understand the type of services they “SAY” they offer. But here’s a few tips when calling this office: 1. Make sure your story is clean, cut and straight to the point, saleable and assumed to be profitable from an attorney’s standpoint (e.g. Hit by a semi, endured injuries/medical bills, etc.) 2. Make sure you can sell your story in a matter of 2-3 minutes

I called in for a consultation regarding a car accident that recently happened and was met with pure condescension and contempt. The paralegal or reception clearly knows the law better than most people, but it was extremely rude. I asked about the technicalities associated with the accident to see whether or not I have a firm case. Her responses were short and aggressive and she even had the nerve to ask me "do I understand" what a flashing yellow light incidents. If this a representation of your firm, I would never do any business here. Lastly, I worked in transaction finance and done a good amount of deals -- this paralegal is beyond unprofessional and rude. Take your business elsewhere if possible.

The company did keep me informed throughout the process but they made me wait almost an entire year for them to tell me they could not help me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I highly recommend Chris Kallianos as your Injury Lawyer 100%! Chris is very professional and such a nice man. My husband did research to find the best Injury Lawyer in the Charlotte area after my bad car accident and Chris was hands down it! Chris fights extremely hard and doesn’t mess around! called and spent 21 minutes on the phone giving my information and getting the run around and talking over me ... horrible customer service experience, passive aggressive and rude.. after calling a handful of attorneys. in comparison, the experience with these people was a nightmare compared to others. obviously i will not be hiring james scott farrin...

I have hired George many times throughout the years and everytime he exceeds my expectations by far, he is not your average attorney he makes you feel like your family.
