I am so very glad that I called Jeff Warren after I was rear ended. It seemed like it would be such an easy case to handle myself as I was hit from behind at a high speed while stopped in traffic but dealing with the at-fault insurance company was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. I often hung up from speaking to the adjuster feeling just terrible and full of stress. It was such an unfair situation after already dealing with the injuries from a not-at-fault accident. I finally decided to turn it over to Warren and Kallianos and felt immediate relief after doing so. Jeff and Tiffany, his paralegal, did such a wonderful job on my case. I felt immediately at-ease once I handed over my case and they fought for me. I ended up being able to settle my case for an amount I was happy with that covered all of the bills from my accident. Most importantly, I went from being made to feel like I was a victim or that my family deserved to suffer financially as a result of someone else’s mistake to feeling like I had someone competent in my corner during a truly stressful and emotional time. My only regret was not calling Jeff Warren the day my accident occurred. Of course I hope I will never need their services again but they would be my first call if I were ever in a similar situation.
