Only take easy cases that a child can win ,they dont do no real case work.

This has by far the worst experience I have ever experienced with an attorney's office. Ryan who was the guy that talk to me about the settlement of my case was very rude, belittling, and just flat right then care about what my concerns were. How is it that I was hit in the back buy another vehicle while stopping for a stopped school bus I hire them to handle my case and now I am still responsible for paying $500 in my medical bills. Ryan tells me that I can take it out of my check and still have money left. That was definitely not the point of the matter it was the fact that I do is following the law and I'm still being penalized for it by having to pay for my medical bills. It's not about the little bit of settlement that I did get it's more or less that I'm still responsible for a medical bill and I feel like I shouldn't be and I told him why not take it out of your money since it's not that serious. If you know like I know from the Lost papers in the beginning and me having to send the same paper over and over until me being told that I have the money from my settlement pay the $500 I advise you to find you another attorney and do not use them

I just wanna say that is was really rude for someone from this law firm to delete my nice review I left for my case manager I had when I used this law firm. She was very sweet and kind and I don't think it was nice to delete the comment from a prior worker that used to work I can't believe how people been treating her when she was doing her job and being honest with her clients. She is such a good worker and I'm happy she does not have to go through the mess anymore. But thanks for y'all's law firm for helping me in my case but I will never use y'all's law firm anymore I would go to someone else if I need any assistance thanks have a good night and a merry Christmas.

Everything was going good or so I thought. Midway through they changed case handlers on me. I did get updates on a regular basis. However, after the settlement, I got bills relating to my accident that nothing had been paid on. The billing department called them on my behalf and was told that they got tired of dealing with my personal insurance that should never have been filed in the first place and were trying to get their money back and never mentioned during the settlement meeting anything about it. So, after all was said and done I am left with over $2000 in bills from an accident that was in no way my fault just because they didn't want to deal with my case anymore. That is straight from the billing department that talked to them today. I hope I never need another lawyer but if I do, it will not be Michael A. Demayo.

I have become disabled and Michael A. DeMayo worked very hard to get me my benefits. They were always a phone call away to answer all of my questions. Liz, was my contact person and she was always so thoughtful, she took time to return my phone calls as soon as she could. She also worked very hard to let me know what paperwork I needed form my Dr. She always checked behind me because I have become somewhat forgetful.
