I was an out of state resident who got a DWI plus FIVE other charges. I also had an outstanding warrant for my arrest because of my failure to show to court. Mr. Powell, not only took care of the warrant situation, but he did so in a timely and professional manner. The communication was also fantastic. I just wanted to thank Joseph Powell for representing me in my case. The second speeding ticket I accrued in Rowan county highway 85 with in a few months of eachother.I was facing a big fine or loss of license. Joesph Powell cancelled the first court date for my behalf due to the DA rescheduled for a later time ,and completely got me off with 0 insurance points and 0 driver license points.

My charges of DWLR and speeding were reduced down to improper equipment, which resulted in no license or insurance points. This was an excellent result and I am very please. I did not have to appear in court at all.
