I consulted Viral Mehta on a long term care insurance issue and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me solid advice and helped me write my appeal letter and organize my evidence, all by phone and email. He was personable, easy to talk to, and very professional. Traffic Ticket Case.
My case was postponed twice during this process but Olsinski Law Firm did a great job keeping me informed of the case status by e-mail. I am very pleased with my end result and I was surprised to find out that the cost of court was handled and included in my overall fee.

These folks gave me very affordable representation for a dumb trespassing charge that was honestly accidental. The first DA was trying to make me do classes and the whole lot, but the people at Olinski were able to get the case continued and then completely dropped. I was well informed the whole time and the people I spoke with were always very polite and patient as well. Highly recommended.

This firm made it easy and affordable to fight a traffic ticket I had received in Cabarrus County. I was able to take care of this over the phone with one call and one email. The person I spoke to over the phone was friendly and helpful. I was notified promptly of the outcome, and the results was what I had hoped for.
