Justin was really helpful and thorough in drawing up startup business documents for me. What I appreciated the most is that after I signed the documents, he quizzed me on what I had signed, and when I didn't know what all was in the document, he warned me never to sign something I don't understand. An important lesson for us all and I appreciate him looking out for his clients!
