I hired Kate to represent me in a divorce/custody case, and she was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. My case had some complexities as it began in a different state, but Kate was knowledgeable and provided valuable counsel during the entire process, which included multiple rounds of negotiations, significant document requests/exchanges, a mediation, and ultimately a settlement. She was willing to fight for the outcomes I desired but also used her experience to advise on other possible outcomes or scenarios to ensure we were prepared no matter what happened.
