To say Anastasia Cowan is an excellent lawyer is an understatement. She is as good as it gets, all the way around. Anastasia fearlessly defeated the opponent in court with her in-depth knowledge of the law, her effective strategy and her fierce, flawless execution. Anastasia truly listens to her clients- always keeping her eye on the end goal to deliver the desired results, which she absolutely did. There is finally truth and justice. She is always in your corner and is a bulldog in the courtroom, very fun to watch her work her magic. Anastasia goes over and beyond- she is a lawyer you can always count on. I worked directly with Kenneth Harris and Dylan Butler. (Monroe, NC location). Although everyone I spoke to was polite, from scheduling a consultation to the person who handles billing. I never had a bad experience. This was my first time hiring an attorney for anything, so I was slightly intimidated by the process. Ken immediately made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes of talking to me. He did a great job breaking everything down step by step. Wonderful communication skills. Dylan was the paralegal. He was professional and quick to respond to all of my emails! 10/10. I would definitely work with Arnold & Smith again! (But hopefully I don’t have to).

This law firm helped me with an urgent legal matter. My attorney was very reassuring, professional, and way ahead of the game. She was very responsive to emails throughout the day and very proactive. I will certainly use this law firm in the future for any needs that may arise.

Update 8/2020: I am updating my review over a year and half later to say once again I am so grateful to have found Anastasia Cowan to represent me in my child custody case. I have been consistently impressed with the results she’s been able to achieve every time we’ve been to court (truly, outstanding!). She gave me excellent advice and guidance throughout my whole case and was always available when I needed her. I highly recommend her! (feb. 2019) I am so thankful that I found Anastasia Cowan to help me with my child custody case. I went to court on an emergency child custody order and she was able to get better results than I had expected or even hoped for! She is tactful, caring, smart and efficient. She helped me feel very prepared and confident. She is also very responsive to emails and phone calls. I look forward to continuing to work with her through the rest of my case.
