I was recommended Kevin Barnett from a friend who had hired him previously, saying he always gets the job done. My friend was right. Kevin made me feel comfortable and confident when talking to him about my case. I had a speeding ticket (going over 80) in Mecklenburg county, and he got everything reduced as much as possible as well as waiving the court cost. Kevin is definitely someone you can turn to.

Kevin and his legal team headed by Tammy helped me resolve a speeding ticket. My work schedule is demanding and he was able to take care of everything over the phone. Kevin had my ticket reduced significantly and avoided the potentially excessive court fees.

From Rhode Island got ticket in out of state. They took care of it easy. Kept up to date and process was effortlessly.

wow''' this is way over due'''' just want to say' for some year's i was putting off the fact that i needed to get my license back on track... i no longer live in north carolina. so i decide to to try and get them straight. i was told by the { ADA} that i had to turn myself in order to get this straighten out. so just to let you know i was not coming back to NC. to go to jail.. so i look up a few different lawyer's. a few was charging outrageous price's then i called THE LAW OFFICE OF KEVIN L. I have known and hired Kevin for several years now. I was referred to him by my fiancé for traffic violations but have also had to use him with minor criminal charges. Kevin is extremely good at what he does, he knows and has good relations with the judges and DA's which helps when you have a difficult case. Most of the time you don't even have to appear at court because he can get the issue resolved with the DA before hand. I have referred him to anyone who has had a legal issue in Mecklenburg County and I will continue to as long as Kevin stays in practice.

I contacted Kevin in regards to a tough legal situation I was facing. I had 7 Felonies and 6 Misdemeanors pending. Kevin had me booked for the charges and immediately released. When I went to court for my final appearance Kevin started the day talking with the Judge and DA working far more than any other lawyer in the court room. When it was all said and done I received one Misdemeanor with a prayer for judgment, which is basically no fines, no conviction, no punishment. Kevin is amazing!
